Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase is honored. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Print on Demand

All products are printed on demand after your order is placed. This means each item is created specifically for you. Production typically takes 1-2 business days before your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Because each mug is custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Items

If your mug arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please email us with a photo of the damage within 14 days of receipt. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property

All designs, text, and graphics on this website are the property of MyMugMaker or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

MyMugMaker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
